Office Assistant - Ar-Ruwais, UAE



We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, UAE. This role is perfect for individuals who are looking for a job without the requirement of English proficiency or prior experience. We welcome candidates from all nationalities, including Pakistani and other foreigners.

As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your duties will include managing the reception area, answering and directing phone calls, organizing and maintaining files and records, scheduling appointments and meetings, and assisting with day-to-day office tasks.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be proficient in using basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office. Prior experience in office administration is not required as we provide on-the-job training. Accommodation will not be provided, but we do offer a competitive salary of 1400$ along with a free visa and ticket.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to the relevant staff member
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Organize and maintain paper and electronic files
- Schedule appointments/meetings for staff members
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and data entry
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proficient in using basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- No prior experience required, on-the-job training will be provided
- Open to candidates of all nationalities, including Pakistani and other foreigners
