Construction Manager
Location: Wiltz, Luxembourg


We are searching for a highly experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Wiltz. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management with excellent leadership and communication skills. A degree in civil engineering or a related field is preferred. This is a full-time position with an attractive salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and coordinate all phases of the construction process
- Develop project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Review project plans and specifications for accuracy and feasibility
- Manage budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure projects stay within budget
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Oversee quality control measures to maintain high-quality standards
- Regularly communicate project updates to stakeholders including clients, contractors, and management
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or a related role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) for effective stakeholder communication
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget
