Teamlead - Biometric Passport Processing (Malayalees Preferred)



We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Teamlead to oversee our biometric passport processing operations in Jerusalem. As a teamlead, you will be responsible for managing a team of passport processors and ensuring timely and accurate processing of biometric passports. This position is open to Malayalees with experience in passport processing.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of passport processors to ensure efficient and accurate processing of biometric passports
- Monitor daily operations and address any issues or delays in processing
- Train new team members on passport processing procedures and ensure compliance with company policies
- Communicate with clients and government agencies regarding passport status and any necessary updates or changes
- Maintain accurate records of processed passports, including tracking numbers, dates, and any required documentation
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
- Stay updated on current regulations and procedures related to biometric passports

Requirements:
- Experience in passport processing is required
- Fluency in Malayalam preferred but not mandatory
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail is crucial
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
