Sales Manager for Indian Market in Ashdod
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ashdod. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales, specifically in the Indian market. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to expand our sales in the Indian market
- Identify potential clients and build relationships with them
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors
- Present products and services to prospective clients and negotiate deals
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure smooth delivery of services
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our company
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably in the Indian market
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages such as Hindi or Tamil is a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Knowledge of biometric passport requirements for travel to India is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month plus commission on sales. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. However, we do offer support for obtaining necessary work permits for non-Israeli nationals.
