Sales Manager
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ashdod. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry changes
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights on performance and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure coherent messaging and product offerings
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of the local market in Ashdod
- Fluency in English (Nepali language skills are preferred but not required)
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$, as well as free visa and ticket for non-local candidates. This position is open to students who are looking for part-time work.
