Online Consultant - English Speaking (Contract) in Sheduva, Canada
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced online consultant to join our team in Sheduva. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms. As a native English speaker, you will communicate with clients from different backgrounds and provide them with accurate information and guidance on our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, chat or phone
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards clients at all times
- Escalate any complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer service orientation
- Proven experience as an online consultant or in a similar customer-facing role
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have own computer/laptop and high-speed internet connection
