Architectural Technologist - Contract Position (Las Vegas, USA)


We are in search of an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team for a contract position in Las Vegas. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and models for construction projects, ensuring they meet building codes and regulations. Your attention to detail and understanding of design principles will play a crucial role in the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design solutions
- Create detailed construction drawings using CAD software
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance
- Conduct site visits to gather information and verify accuracy of drawings
- Communicate with contractors and subcontractors to resolve any technical issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software, Revit experience preferred
- Thorough understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

This is a contract position with a competitive salary of $1500 per week. We are specifically seeking candidates from India who are willing to relocate to Las Vegas for the duration of the contract. Accommodation will not be provided, so candidates must be able to arrange their own housing.
