We are looking for a reliable and experienced Part-Time Babysitter to provide care for Filipino families in the city of Akron. As a Babysitter, you will be responsible for supervising and caring for children, ensuring their safety and well-being while their parents are away. This is an urgent position that requires no English proficiency and accommodation is not provided.

Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children
- Prepare meals and snacks according to the parents' instructions
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities such as reading, arts and crafts, and outdoor play
- Follow the family's rules and routines for discipline, bedtime, etc.
- Change diapers, assist with potty training, and help with basic hygiene tasks
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's day, any concerns or issues that may arise
- Maintain a clean and organized play area

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a babysitter or nanny
- Must have a genuine love for children and enjoy spending time with them
- Ability to multitask and handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- Excellent communication skills with both children and adults
- Must be punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
- Must pass a background check

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.
