Turner Technician
We are a manufacturing company located in Shan seeking an experienced Turner Technician to join our team. As a Turner Technician, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machine tools to perform precision machining operations on metal components. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and drill presses to perform precision machining operations
- Read blueprints, sketches, or computer-aided design (CAD) files to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished workpieces
- Measure and inspect finished workpieces to ensure conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges
- Select appropriate cutting tools and speeds for each job
- Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and perform basic maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Turner or in a similar role
- Experience working with various machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and drill presses
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English
