Part-Time Barista
Location: Manama, Bahrain


We are seeking a skilled and passionate Part-Time Barista to join our team in Manama. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, maintaining the cleanliness of the café, and providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, tea, smoothies, and other beverages according to company standards
- Ensure quality control by following proper measurements and recipes for all drinks
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Educate customers on our menu items, including ingredients and allergen information
- Assist with restocking supplies and inventory management as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a starting salary of $1600 per month.
