Pastry Chef
We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Lom, providing delicious and visually appealing pastries for our customers. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating new recipes, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring high-quality standards are met. You should have a passion for baking and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new recipes and design eye-catching pastries
- Prepare and bake various types of pastries, including cakes, cookies, breads, and desserts
- Manage kitchen operations, including ordering ingredients and maintaining inventory
- Ensure consistent quality by following established recipes and techniques
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to food safety regulations and health standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role
- A passion for baking and creativity in designing pastries
- Strong knowledge of different types of pastry techniques and ingredients
- Ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards under pressure
Salary: 1700$ per month
City: Lom
Country: Preferably Malayalee or someone with experience in Malayalee cuisine. Non-Malayalees are also welcome to apply.
Language Requirement: English proficiency preferred but not required. Knowledge of Malayalam is a plus.
