Senior Architecture Manager



As a Senior Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the architectural design process. Your main duty will be to ensure that the company's architectural projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with the client's requirements.

In this role, you will lead a team of architects and designers to develop innovative and functional designs that meet the needs of our clients. You will also be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.

To excel in this position, you must possess strong leadership skills as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. You should also have a deep understanding of building codes, construction materials, and techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of architectural design projects from conception to completion.
- Lead a team of architects and designers to develop high-quality designs.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with client's requirements.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to incorporate into design concepts.
- Review and approve all architectural drawings before submission to clients for approval.
- Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance when needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, construction materials, and techniques.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary: 1200$ per month

City: Moscow
