Architecture Manager - Moscow

As an Architecture Manager at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects in Moscow. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong background in architecture and management. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all architectural design and construction projects in Moscow
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to define project requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners in the industry
- Provide guidance and support to the team of architects and designers
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to design plans
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture, ideally in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Moscow
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Moscow, Russia (candidates who already have their own visa/work permit are preferred)
