Entry Level IT Support Specialist

As an Entry Level IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new equipment, and maintaining computer networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
