Information Security Analyst

Our company is seeking an experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team in Vilnius. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security and experience with biometric passport systems. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the security of our company's sensitive information and data, as well as developing and implementing security protocols and measures to protect against cyber threats. This position also involves conducting regular security audits and risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and providing recommendations for remediation. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, as they will be required to collaborate with various teams within the organization to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. A degree in computer science or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM. The salary for this position is $1800 per month.

As an Information Security Analyst, you will:
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and controls to protect company information
- Monitor network activity for potential threats and vulnerabilities
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments
- Identify potential weaknesses in our current systems and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Stay up-to-date on emerging cyber threats and recommend proactive measures to prevent them
- Manage access controls for sensitive data
- Respond to security incidents in a timely manner
- Train employees on proper security practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field preferred
- Proven experience working in information security
- Experience with biometric passport systems
- Knowledge of network security protocols
- Strong understanding of industry regulations (e.g., GDPR)
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM are a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
