Network and Systems Administrator

As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the maintenance and security of our company's network and computer systems. Your main duties will include monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the overall efficiency of our systems. You will also be responsible for implementing updates and upgrades to hardware and software as needed.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of network protocols, server administration, and security protocols. You should also have experience with network monitoring tools and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Maintain security protocols to protect company data
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
- Implement updates and upgrades as necessary
- Document all network configurations and changes made
- Provide technical support to end-users when needed
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure effective communication and problem-solving
- Conduct regular backups of data to prevent loss in case of system failure

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP), server administration (Windows/Linux), and security protocols (firewalls, VPN)
- Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds)
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)

This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$ per month. Visa sponsorship may be provided for qualified candidates. This position is open to all nationalities.
