Teamlead - Project Management (Triesen, Liechtenstein)


We are hiring a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our dynamic project management team in Triesen, Liechtenstein. As a Teamlead, your main responsibility will be to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our project management team. You will be responsible for leading a team of project managers, ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget and on time.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of project managers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent communication skills in English (French is an asset)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
