Online Consultant - Balzers, Liechtenstein (Indian Nationals Preferred)

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate online assistance to clients. This includes answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product recommendations. You will also be responsible for maintaining a positive customer experience and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing situations.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries through various online channels
- Provide product recommendations based on client needs and preferences
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and effective communication
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and customer experience

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information in a professional manner
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle difficult or sensitive issues with tact and diplomacy
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Indian nationality preferred due to time zone compatibility

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates. No prior experience is required as training will be provided.
