Online Consultant (Contract) - Balzers, Liechtenstein



We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Online Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual support and assistance to our clients through online platforms such as email, chat, and video conferencing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries through various online channels
- Understand and address client needs, offering appropriate solutions and recommendations
- Build strong relationships with clients by maintaining regular communication and delivering exceptional service
- Continuously expand knowledge on our products and services to effectively assist clients
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent support is provided to all clients
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and ensure all inquiries are resolved in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in customer service or sales role preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to different situations
- Proficient in using online communication tools such as email, chat, video conferencing etc.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
