We are seeking a skilled Online Consultant to join our team in Balzers. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual consultations and support to clients through various online platforms. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of online technologies, and previous experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual consultations with clients through various online platforms
- Provide support and guidance to clients regarding our products and services
- Respond to inquiries and concerns via email, chat, or phone in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using online platforms for communication and collaboration
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Flexible schedule to accommodate different time zones

Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Balzers, Liechtenstein (accommodation provided)
