Senior Accountant


We are currently seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team in Medina, Egypt. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the company and ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Monitor cash flow and prepare bank reconciliations
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision making
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes
- Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws
- Manage month-end closing process
- Train and mentor junior accounting staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Medina, Egypt (nationality preference: Egyptian)
