Administrative Assistant - Office Support (Remish, Africa)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Remish, Africa. This is a contract position with a salary of $1700 per month, including accommodation and free visa and ticket.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing full office support to our team. This includes managing phone calls and correspondence, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments and meetings, and assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You must also have strong organizational abilities and the ability to multi-task effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely manner
- Managing correspondence and maintaining accurate records
- Scheduling appointments and meetings for team members
- Coordinating travel arrangements for staff
- Maintaining office supplies inventory
- Assisting with payroll processing and other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in an office environment
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
