Facade Technician


We are looking for a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Remish. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining building facades. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install and repair building facades using various materials such as glass, metal, and stone
- Perform regular maintenance on facades to ensure their structural integrity and aesthetic appeal
- Troubleshoot and identify issues with existing facades and provide effective solutions
- Follow safety protocols while working at heights and using specialized equipment
- Coordinate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure smooth installation of facades
- Keep updated on industry trends and techniques for facade installation and maintenance

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facade installation or maintenance
- Knowledge of different facade materials and their properties
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Skilled in using hand and power tools
- Physically fit to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills

Preferred:
- Prior experience working on commercial or high-rise buildings
- Certification in facade installation or maintenance
