Housekeeper for Luxury Villa in Dubrovnik, Croatia


We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeper to join our team at a luxury villa in Dubrovnik, Croatia. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the villa to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain the villa according to established standards
- Change linens and make beds
- Stock and replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens
- Empty trash and dispose of garbage properly
- Ensure all rooms are well-stocked, clean, and tidy
- Report any maintenance needs or damages to management
- Assist with laundry as needed
- Maintain a professional demeanor with guests at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Housekeeper in a similar setting (luxury hotel, resort, private residence)
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and safe handling procedures
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Must have valid work visa for Croatia or be willing to obtain one
