Sales Manager (Indian Nationals) - Chelyabinsk, Russia


We are a dynamic and fast-growing company in the sales industry, currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As an Indian national, you will have the opportunity to use your language and cultural skills to develop relationships with our Indian clients and contribute to the growth of our business.

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1700$, plus commission based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing Indian clients
- Identify new business opportunities within the Indian market
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and their needs
- Create sales strategies to meet targets and increase revenue
- Communicate effectively with clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales management or related field
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
