Baker Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the head baker with mixing, shaping, and baking various types of dough
- Measuring and weighing ingredients accurately
- Cleaning and maintaining work areas and equipment
- Preparing ingredients for daily production
- Packaging finished products for display or sale
- Assisting with inventory management
- Following food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- Passion for baking and willingness to learn from experienced professionals
- Basic understanding of baking techniques and measurements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills (English proficiency is preferred but not required)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed

Compensation:
This is a part-time job with a salary of 1700$ per month. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
