Bilingual Moderator (Russian/English)


We are seeking a bilingual moderator fluent in Russian and English to join our team in Sheduva. As a moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online community discussions, ensuring that all content posted is in line with our company's policies and guidelines. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and controversial topics with professionalism.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions on various platforms in both Russian and English
- Enforce company policies and guidelines regarding user-generated content
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other moderators to address any issues or conflicts that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with current events and trends within the community
- Provide feedback to the team on ways to improve the community experience

Requirements:
- Fluent in both Russian and English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to handle difficult or controversial topics with tact
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Proactive problem-solving skills

Preferred qualifications:
- Prior experience moderating online communities or forums
- Familiarity with gaming or entertainment industries
