We are in search of an Entry-Level Metal Worker to join our team in Sheduva! As a Metal Worker, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal structures and equipment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the metal industry.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine job requirements
- Cut, shape, and bend metal pieces using various tools such as saws, shears, and torches
- Weld or join metal parts together using various techniques including arc welding, MIG welding, and TIG welding
- Grind and smooth welded surfaces using power tools
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Repair damaged or defective metal items as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent education
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Basic knowledge of welding techniques and equipment preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
- Good communication skills in English
