Indian Barista in Sheduva


We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Indian Barista to join our team in Sheduva. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages while providing excellent customer service. This is a seasonal job with a salary of 1600$ per month, without accommodation provided. A biometric passport is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established standards
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and take their orders accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe counter, equipment, and dining area
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service
- Educate customers about our products and make recommendations based on their preferences
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with fluent English speaking skills
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food/beverage industry is preferred
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and latte art is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must have a biometric passport for travel purposes

Working Conditions:
This is a seasonal job with shifts varying from morning to evening. The candidate must be available to work on weekends and public holidays as needed. The work environment may be noisy at times due to the coffee machine. The candidate must also be able to stand for long periods of time.
