Office Assistant
We are a fast-paced and growing company in need of an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Sheduva. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls and redirect them as necessary
- Manage office supplies, order new supplies when needed
- Keep track of inventory and maintain records
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Prepare outgoing mail and packages for shipment
- Handle filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Assist with scheduling appointments or meetings for staff members
- Perform data entry tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required; Associate's degree in business administration preferred
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with office equipment (fax machines, printers, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
