We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our international company in Kaunas, Lithuania. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining financial records, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent math skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Create financial reports and present findings to management
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents
- Conduct regular audits to identify potential errors or fraud
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as an Accountant
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks)
- Excellent math skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in conducting audits is a plus
