Office Manager for International Company in Siauliai, Lithuania
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our international team in Siauliai. As the office manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our company. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1100$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all administrative tasks in the office, including handling correspondence, organizing files, and maintaining records.
- Handle all incoming calls and emails and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for management and staff.
- Manage inventory and order office supplies as needed.
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and ensure they are in good working condition.
