We are seeking an experienced English speaking Moderator to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring online discussions and ensuring that all content posted meets our company's guidelines and standards. This is a part-time position suitable for men, with no accommodation provided.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English
- Filipino nationality preferred
- Previous experience as a moderator
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Basic computer skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions and ensure that all content meets company guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and address any concerns or issues
- Remove any inappropriate or offensive content from the platform
- Keep track of user feedback and make suggestions for improvements
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a positive online community

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
