As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our company's network infrastructure and computer systems. Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any network issues.
- Manage user accounts and permissions on the company's systems.
- Maintain software licenses and ensure all systems are up-to-date with the latest security patches.
- Provide technical support to employees regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
- Plan and implement network upgrades to improve performance and security.
- Conduct regular backups of data to ensure data integrity.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role.
- Knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server operating systems.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to identify root causes of technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with team members.
