Contract Finisher for Malayalees in Akron



We are in need of a skilled Finisher to work on a contract basis in Akron, catering specifically to the Malayalee community. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for completing finishing work on various projects, including painting, staining, and varnishing surfaces. This is a contract position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for finishing by sanding, filling holes, and removing imperfections
- Apply paint, stain or varnish using various techniques such as brush or spray
- Ensure a smooth and even finish without drips or streaks
- Follow safety procedures when handling chemicals and operating equipment
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finisher or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of finishes and how to apply them correctly
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or instructions
- Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Good physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this contract position.

Location:
This job is based in Akron, OH. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
