Senior Architect



We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Akron. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire design process, from conceptualization to construction. You must have excellent leadership and communication skills, as you will be managing a team of junior architects and collaborating with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and create unique designs that meet their requirements
- Manage a team of junior architects, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is progressing according to plans
- Review and approve all architectural drawings before submission for approval
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
