Rental Coordinator
As a Rental Coordinator at our rental company in Eldoret, you will be responsible for coordinating the rental process for our clients. This includes managing rental agreements, scheduling pick-up and drop-off times, and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently. You will also be responsible for maintaining an organized inventory of rental equipment and coordinating repairs and maintenance when needed.
In addition to these duties, you will also be expected to provide excellent customer service to our clients. This may include answering inquiries about rental options, providing recommendations based on their needs, and addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. You should also have strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with our diverse client base. Experience in the rental industry is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
This position offers a salary of $1100 per month, along with accommodation provided by the company. As this position may require handling sensitive customer information, applicants must possess a biometric passport.
