Facade Specialist
Location: Shan, Pakistan or Kenya (Preference for local candidates)


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Specialist to join our team in Shan. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, constructing and maintaining the external appearance of buildings. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that the facade meets aesthetic, structural and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and planning facades for buildings based on architectural plans
- Conducting feasibility studies to determine the best materials and techniques for each project
- Collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure the facade is functional, safe and visually appealing
- Overseeing construction teams during the installation of facades
- Conducting regular inspections to ensure that facades meet quality standards and are well-maintained
- Troubleshooting any issues that arise during construction or maintenance
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in facade technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Facade Specialist or similar role
- Strong understanding of building materials, techniques, and construction processes related to facades
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.
