Facade Specialist


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Facade Specialist to join our team in Shan, India. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for designing, constructing and maintaining the exterior of buildings, ensuring they are functional, aesthetically pleasing and meet all safety requirements. You will utilize your knowledge of materials, construction techniques and building codes to create innovative and sustainable designs. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1700 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop facades for new construction projects as well as renovations
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for facade elements
- Select appropriate materials based on performance, durability and cost-effectiveness
- Collaborate with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure designs meet all technical requirements
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and identify any issues that may arise during construction
- Monitor construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Troubleshoot any problems that may arise during installation or maintenance
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials and technologies related to facade design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Facade Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations and safety standards
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit or other design software
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- Experience working on high-rise buildings
- LEED certification
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
