Civil Engineer - Infrastructure Development (Mauren, Africa)



We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Mauren, Africa. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing infrastructure development projects from conception to completion. Your main focus will be on designing, planning, and executing various civil engineering projects such as roads, bridges, and buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and planning infrastructure development projects according to client specifications and budget constraints
- Conducting site investigations and surveys to gather necessary information for project planning
- Preparing detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources needed
- Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Overseeing the construction process and ensuring quality control standards are met
- Managing project budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and codes of practice

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on infrastructure development projects
- Experience in designing, planning, and managing projects from conception to completion
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various professionals
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
