A reputable architectural firm in Triesen is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures, ensuring their longevity and cultural significance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough assessments of historical structures to determine necessary preservation and restoration measures
- Developing preservation plans and strategies for historical buildings based on research and analysis
- Collaborating with other architects, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure successful preservation projects
- Obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities for preservation projects
- Overseeing the implementation of preservation plans, including monitoring progress and quality control
- Conducting regular inspections of historical structures to identify potential risks or damages
- Providing guidance and assistance to clients on the maintenance of historical buildings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Preservation Architect, preferably with experience in historic preservation projects
- Strong knowledge of preservation techniques, materials, and building codes/regulations
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
