Hotel Sales Manager - Nizwa, Oman


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for our hotel. We are specifically looking for candidates from Nepal who are fluent in English and do not require prior experience in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve the hotel's revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and partnerships
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key stakeholders
- Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase the hotel's facilities and services
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients while ensuring profitability for the hotel
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery for guests
- Prepare regular sales reports and present them to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development within the hospitality industry
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience working with Nepali clients is preferred but not mandatory
