Hotel Sales Manager (Nizwa, Oman)
Our 5-star hotel in Nizwa, Oman is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing sales strategies to drive revenue and occupancy for the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Attend trade shows, events, and networking activities to promote the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments to create attractive packages and promotions
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite
