Junior Developer (Contract) - Gujrat, India


Our growing software development company is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Developer to join our team in Gujrat, India. This is a contract position with the potential for extension or permanent placement. We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month and provide accommodation for our employees.

As a Junior Developer, you will work under the guidance of senior developers and be responsible for assisting in the design, coding, and testing of new software applications. You should have some prior experience in software development, either through internships or personal projects. Strong problem-solving skills and an aptitude for learning new technologies are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior developers to create and maintain software applications
- Write clean, efficient code using programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Debug and troubleshoot issues as they arise during development
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve your skills

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 1+ years of experience in software development (internships included)
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, C++, Python)
- Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
- Knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL or Oracle
- Understanding of software testing principles
