We are currently hiring for the position of Online Consultant to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing online support and guidance to our clients, helping them make informed decisions and resolving any issues they may have.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online platforms such as live chat, email or social media.
- Understand the needs and requirements of clients and provide appropriate solutions.
- Answer inquiries and provide information about our products or services.
- Resolve any complaints or issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively guide clients.
- Uphold company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends if necessary.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is an asset but not required.

Salary:
1800$ per month.

Contract Type:
This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance.
