Administrator - Lahore, Pakistan
Our company is a leading organization in the healthcare industry, and we are seeking a highly skilled Administrator to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office by handling administrative tasks and providing support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations including coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and handling correspondence
- Organize and maintain files and databases
- Handle incoming calls and emails from clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office software
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Act as a liaison between different departments within the company
- Handle any other administrative tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy is crucial for this role

Salary:
