Merchandiser - Ar-Ruwais, English Speaking


As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for the overall product placement and display in our retail stores. Your main objective will be to attract customers and increase sales by creating visually appealing and organized displays.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance customer experience
- Create attractive and eye-catching displays of products in accordance with company guidelines
- Ensure proper stock levels are maintained at all times by monitoring inventory and communicating with suppliers
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions and events
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement, display effectiveness, and competition analysis
- Train store staff on merchandising techniques and provide ongoing support to ensure consistency across all stores
- Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform merchandising decisions
- Monitor sales performance of different products and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role within the retail industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles
- Ability to work independently but also collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and creative thinking
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends
