Construction Manager for Contract Projects in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait


We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee contract projects in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all phases of construction projects, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will also be responsible for hiring and supervising contractors, managing project teams, and communicating progress to stakeholders.

To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager in the Indian construction industry. Knowledge of construction methods and processes is essential, as well as strong leadership skills and the ability to manage tight deadlines and budgets. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all phases of construction projects

Requirements:
