Sales Manager - Indian Nationals



We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah, Kuwait. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all sales activities in the company. This is a contract job suitable for Indian nationals with their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Motivate and lead the sales team to achieve set goals
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Conduct market research and keep up-to-date with industry trends
- Negotiate contracts with clients and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop promotional campaigns
- Train and develop the sales team to improve their skills and performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of market research techniques
- Must be fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus
