Sales Manager - Nepal


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah, Nepal. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales team and driving sales growth in our company. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of the Nepali market.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the Nepali market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats or opportunities
- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to management on performance and recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of the Nepali market and consumer behavior
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Salary: 1000$ per month
